Phipps Gas offers a professional annual boiler service across Worcester and surrounding towns. Our Gas Safe Registered engineer (Reg. no. 604550) carries out the manufacturer's benchmark checks, safety tests and a full visual inspection to spot problems early. How It Works
1. Book & pre-check
Call or email to arrange a convenient appointment. We confirm boiler make, location, access and paperwork so the engineer arrives ready to work.
2. Full manufacturer benchmark service
We carry out visual and safety checks, flue and pressure tests, combustion checks where required, clean key components and inspect controls to manufacturers' bench‑mark standards.
3. Report, sticker & advice
You receive a written service record and service sticker. We explain any faults, advise on optimisation (timers & thermostats) and provide a clear quote for further work if needed.

Where appropriate we clean accessible components, test controls and look for early signs of wear or leaks. All work is carried out by a Gas Safe Registered engineer (Reg. no. 604550). If we identify remedial work, you will receive a clear, no‑nonsense quote and options for repair or replacement.

Most services are completed in a single visit; the exact time depends on boiler type and condition. We also carry out Landlord Gas Safety (CP12) checks and can follow up with free home surveys and no‑obligation estimates if a new boiler is recommended.
